ENFORCER EDUCATIONAL SERVICES -- Chad Steely, Kasey Allen, Tara Feltgen, J.D. Feltgen & Kristin Pinkerton

Kasey Allen, wife, mother and community advocate, along with life-time friend Tara Feltgen, began Enforcer Educational Services to honor her fallen husband State Trooper Damon C. Allen. The staff includes full-time trainers J.D. Feltgen, Chad Steely & Kristin Pinkerton and part-time trainers Leonard Smith, Chuck Skinner, Tonja Vogt, Arthur ?Dude? Mallord, Mark Neel and Leeann Jones Fewell. And although they don?t currently work within the company, their children Kaitlyn, Chelsea, Cameron and Madison are very much a part of this venture.

They are a Texas DSHS approved Continuing Education Program and Basic Education Program to provide CE Hours and EMT Courses, as well as offering Nursing CE Hours. Their goal, ?To provide educational, health and safety training for First Responders, Emergency Personnel and the community in order to decrease the chances of line of duty injuries and death for emergency personnel and as a community outreach tool?.

Classes include CE accredited courses online and live of AHA, CPR, AED, First Aid, BLS, ACLS and coming soon ACLS, EP & PALS. They are an accredited American Safety & Health Institute training center offering basic and Advanced and Wilderness First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, CPR/AED, Childcare & Babysitting Safety. Other subjects include; Hazards Disaster Response, Stop the Bleed Hemorrhage Control, Critical Care Paramedic courses including Cadaver Lab Skills day, Flight Paramedic (FP-C) review courses, and Difficult Airways Management as well as Jurisprudence exams and more.

Services are available to Medical Emergency responders, Fire Departments and Law Enforcement personnel. They also offer community services courses for foster parents, daycares, teachers and counselors, nursing and assisted living facilities, midwives and trainers.

Along with services provided through the training programs, Kasey has applied for 501-c-3 nonprofit status with the ?Trooper Damon Allen Memorial Foundation? to assist and promote scholarships for emergency, medical and law enforcement personnel with expenses related to qualifying Continuing Education courses in-house as well as other outside programs.

Kasey has also co-written House Bill 2020, the ?Damon Allen Bail Reform Act? to help make legislation stronger in regards to protocol to set bail and release procedures used by Judges, Justice of the Peace and Sheriff?s departments. The proposal is fair, reasonable and gives the tools necessary to make better informed decisions regarding setting bail and the release of those accused of a crime.
