Court with Judge Michael Davis

Centerville was the setting for a session in District Court, Thursday, March 29th. The Honorable District Judge Michael Davis presided.

Michael Langley, who is being held in the Leon County Jail, was in court for a status hearing in his case. Langley is charged with Injury to the Elderly with Intended Bodily Injury. No motions were made and Judge Davis set the case for trial on May 28th. The attorney for Langley is Benji Reed.

Charles Leeroy Wade was in court for a pretrial hearing in his case. Wade is charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity. The attorney for Wade, Dennis Craggs, asked for additional discovery material.

Crystle Dawn Baker, who is being held in the county jail, was in court of a Motion to Adjudicate. The attorney for Baker, Daniel Burkeen, entered a not guilty plea for his client.

Arraignments

Brittany Lauren Walden entered a not guilty plea to four charges. Walden faces three charges of Abandon/Endanger a Child Criminal Negligence and one count of Intoxication Assault with a Vehicle. Walden asked the court to appoint an attorney to represent her. Judge Davis required Walden to complete an application to determine if she qualifies for a court appointed attorney.

Sharon Annette Green entered a not guilty plea to a charge of Failure to Stop and Render Aid. The attorney for Green is Raymond Sanders.

Deliah Marie Ray, who is being held in the county jail, entered a not guilty plea to a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Ray did not have an attorney present at the time of the arraignment.
