Grandiose Re-Opening El Corral Mexican Restaurant

Established in 2013, Valeria Andrade along with brothers Samuel, Victor and Jose helped their Dad, Adan Martinez realize his dream by opening El Corral Mexican Restaurant. Using his family recipes, they offer delicious authentic and Tex Mex cuisine. In September, the restaurant expanded with a new, separate dining area and the opening of a full bar.

They are open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Daily lunch specials are available and there is one special menu item offered every day for lunch and dinner. Enjoy a variety of options to include their famous Fried Avocado, Chunky Guacamole, Queso or Shrimp Tacos. No meal is compete without dessert! Choices include Churros, Sopapillas or homemade Flan and Deep-Fried Ice Cream.

At the new bar, enjoy a variety of mixed and specialty drinks, domestic and import beers and coming soon, a selection of fine wines. House margaritas are ? priced Monday through Friday, 3pm to 6pm and Thursday all day.

Have a special event coming up? They cater! Offering staffed and un-staffed catering for events such as weddings, Quinceaneras, birthday and office parties. Whether your party is 20 people or 300, they can help.

Valeria, Adan and the 16 full and part-time staff members invite you to join them, Monday through Thursday 5:30 am to 9:00 pm, Friday & Saturday 5:30 am to 10:00 pm and Sunday 7:30 am to 9:00 pm, for good food and good company.
