The board voted to change the Customer Appreciation Day and meal from April to June 23rd. This will be the annual meal and giveaways with no meeting involved.

Directors will also meet at 10:30 am on April 14th for the Annual Membership Meeting but with no lunch involved. The regular monthly meeting will be held on April the 19th at 3:00 pm and will include the reconstruction of the board. All three meetings will be held at the Stewart Memorial United Methodist Church in Buffalo.

Field Manager Mark Collins reported that there had been only one major leak since his last report. This leak was at an automatic flush valve. It has now been replaced with a manual valve. There have been multiple small leaks, some due to mowers hitting meter boxes. The Keechi well was pulled and pump and motor inspected. It was determined that an upgrade on the pump was needed at a cost of $31,400. This price included pump, motor, electrical cable, thirteen joints of pipe, and labor.

Administrative Manager Lela Patterson reported that field employees put in 114 hours of overtime during the freezing weather. There have been four new meters installed and four transfers of meters.

The board voted to reconstruct financing for the 1618 Well and Plant Project by using Cobank with USDA Guarantee. The board looked at several comparisons and decided this was the choice with the best financial savings to the company.

The annual audit report was tabled until the April meeting.

The board convened in a closed session to discuss personnel matters. No action was taken.
